Declaration on the duty to provide information

A) Contact us
If you contact us by email, your data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and follow-up questions and used to contact you by email or phone. We will not share this information without your consent.
We process your personal data as necessary for the duration of the entire business relationship (from initiation to execution to the termination of a contract) and in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations, which result, among other things, from the Austrian Commercial Code (UGB), the Federal Code (BAO) and until the end of a legal dispute, ongoing warranty and guarantee periods, etc.

B) Newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via the website. For this we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
In order to address you personally, we also voluntarily collect and process information about your first and last name.
If you would like to unsubscribe from the newsletter, either send us information about your cancellation to office@humanrelief.at, which we will do immediately, or click on the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter.

Your rights
Basically you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
